We are happy to accepts returns (for a store credit) purchased within 14 days from the date you received your package. Returns will be accepted for a ONLINE CREDIT ONLY.  Purchaser is responsible for return shipping cost. If an item needs to be returned please include a slip with your name, email, and order number. Please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed your store credit will be emailed to you. All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. 
All products 40% and higher are final sale.

If your order includes any discrepancies between our online and available inventory, you will be automatically issued a full refund for that item!

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, credit from the Banana Peel cannot be applied to online orders at Banana Split. Credit is only applicable in store!
